Every woman goes through menopause. Most women know next to nothing about peri-menopause and menopause which are the most monumental hormonal changes in a woman's life. We aren't taught about it in school, by our doctors, or even our mothers because it has been a taboo subject that "isn't talked about in polite company". You are not alone! Many women feel like they are all alone, they are the only one who is going through this, where life feels really hard. But you are not alone! I explain why you are feeling so poorly, have no energy, and are angry all the time. You aren't going crazy either.

You will understand why managing this transition is so important for your future good health. If you just leave it to chance, and just endure it until it passes, these hormonal changes can have a very detrimental effect on your health. Your risk of heart disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes will be much higher if you do not initiate the action steps recommended in this workshop.
