Description
Welcome to Practical Business Development Strategies for Small Business, where we offer genuinely practical advice and guidance for all small businesses from pre start ups to established companies. The course is divided into chapters which you can watch as many times as you like. I have placed the chapters in an order that I think helps the flow, but you can watch them in whatever order you feel is appropriate for you. There are no sheets to fill in or questions from me you have to pass to move on. There is however a printable checklist of the chapter’s key points that you can use as a guide to help you to apply the things we have covered.
How to use the course? I would watch each chapter all the way through first to get a really good overview. Then I would go back and watch each chapter individually with the printed off sheet and take the notes that are relevant for you. And when I say notes, you do you and adapt it to your preferred learning style. You could write on the checklist, type them out, or maybe you voice record or even film yourself pulling out the points you think you should investigate for your company.
Thank you for choosing our course and we are confident that your small business will benefit as a result.
